Contest Runs from June 1- June 30; All Entrants Receive Free Copy of Game Learning’s Educational Graphic Novel “The Lost Colony”

Game Learning is thrilled to announce that we’ve partnered with the National AfterSchool Association (www.naaweb.org) to host a contest to win a year’s worth of free licenses to play Game Learning’s educational video games.

The National AfterSchool Association is the voice of the afterschool profession. The mission of the NAA is to promote development, provide education and encourage advocacy for the out-of-school-time community to further the afterschool profession.

The NAA Contest

Beginning June 1, 2018, members of the National AfterSchool Associations may enter to win a year of licenses* for their unique program, on the NAA’s website.

The winner will be announced in July 2018.

Game Learning’s educational video games provide the following benefits to students in afterschool programs.

  • Immerses students into the different time periods, allowing them to experience what life was like for different historical figures.
  • Encourages collaborative learning with little guidance from the instructor.
  • Engages students via familiar platforms in new, fun ways!
  • Empowers students by supporting different learning styles.
  • Promotes analytical reasoning, critical thinking and discussion.

All NAA members who enter the contest will receive Game Learning’s educational graphic novel, “The Lost Colony.”   “The Lost Colony” takes readers on a journey from the shores of England to the shores of North Carolina.  You’ll experience ship wrecks, and food shortages, become friends or foes of the Native Americans, and search for gold and riches.  The accompanying educational video game immerses players in the earliest days of what would ultimately become known as American history.  Click here to pay a free demo of “The Lost Colony.”

Game Learning is incredibly proud of this partnership with the AfterSchool Association, and we’re looking forward to announcing the lucky winner of free licenses next month.

*Winner of the Contest will receive up to 50 free licenses
